Key features include: - Profile Creation: Users submit pet and personal details (e.g., pet’s name, breed or type, favorite activity, quirky trait, treat/toy, and adoption story). - Memberships: $20/month special for June 2025 (billed monthly, cancel anytime); from July 1, 2025, $35/month (billed monthly), $180/six months (billed upfront), or $240/year (billed upfront). - Pup Preview: A 7-day free trial with limited features (5 profile views/day, 1 “Woof”/day, no messaging). - Matching: Connect with users based on pet preferences (dogs, cats, or both) and lifestyle compatibility. - Events: Virtual or in-person events, such as Adoption Day (e.g., June 15–21, 2025). The Services are provided on an “as is” basis, and we do not guarantee matches, successful dates, or relationships, as detailed in Section 8. 3. Eligibility To use the Services, you must: - Be at least 18 years old. - Be single or legally separated. - Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. - Not be a convicted sex offender or have been convicted of any felony involving violence, fraud, or moral turpitude. - Not use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms. Unless canceled, trials automatically convert to a paid $20/month membership at the end of the 7-day period (June 2025 rate). - Paid Memberships: Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Michigan or federal law. June 2025: $20/month (billed monthly). From July 1, 2025: $35/month (billed monthly), $180/six months (billed upfront), or $240/year (billed upfront). - Billing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize recurring charges and agree to promptly update payment information.
